WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — After a months-long closure, Horton Street in Wilkes-Barre is back open.
A massive hole opened up on Horton Street back in June, followed by another in July.
Officials say the issues stemmed from an aging stormwater line that burst, causing the road to collapse.
After months of repairs, Horton Street is once again open to all traffic.
