Which is why y ou may want to hear that Southwest Airline s, already operating hundreds of flights every week out of San Diego International Airport's Terminal 1, announced this week it was adding a new route to its menu.
Starting Aug. 4 of next year, travelers from America's Finest City will be able to hop up to Santa Barbara, its 44th destination from San Diego. The flight will be just once a day, according to the airline.
