Mike Patton and The Avett Brothers took the stage together to perform as the collaborative project AVTT/PTTN in front of a live audience for the first time, playing selections from their freshly released self-titled debut album .
The performance took place on Tuesday as part of the Grammy Museum’s “New York Evening” series at NYC’s Loreto Theater at the Sheen Center for Thought & Culture, with Patton and the Avetts running through four songs from the LP: “Dark Night of the Soul,” “Heaven’s Breath,” “Eternal Love,” and “Received.”
