It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Puppy Songs — I just love the sweet, catchy, funny songs written, performed, and recorded by musician Matt Hobbs, who began creating them during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he found himself spending a lot of time at home singing silly songs to his two dogs, Leni and Marley (who have both, sadly, crossed over the rainbow bridge since). Since those early days, Hobbs has written dozens of songs, many of which have gone viral ("Stuck On My Teefs" is a fan favorite!) and even released a full album in Fall of 2024. And, this week, he's released one of his best Puppy Songs yet, a cold-weather banger called "Heated Blanket" that's certain to bring a smile to your face.
