Arsenal youngster Luis Munoz has made history by becoming the youngest player to ever feature in the UEFA Youth League.

Munoz, who is 13, came off the bench for Arsenal’s Under-19 side during their match against Bayern Munich on Wednesday afternoon.

The midfielder is now the youngest player to play in the UEFA Youth League , beating the previous record that was held by Liam Payas.

Payas was 14 years and 93 days old when he played for Lincoln Red Imps in September of last year.

Munoz has made his UEFA Youth League debut before his 14th birthday - which is not until next month.

He has played up age groups before and, in September, was part of the England Under-15 squad.
