Drive-thru coffee and beverage business 7 Brew is coming to Penfield.

It will be located at 1968 Empire Blvd., where a closed Chili’s restaurant now sits. The vacant Chili’s building will be torn down in the spring, and the 7 Brew should open about 12 weeks later, franchise partner Larry Adler said.

7 Brew buildings are prefabricated in Springfield, Missouri, and trucked to sites, so remaining construction goes quickly.
