Trenton Golden Hawks had a tough weekend, dropping a pair of games to see their Ontario Junior Hockey League record to 18-5-0-2. Article content
The Golden Hawks fell 3-2 to the St. Michael’s Buzzers (12-13-1-3) Friday at the Community Gardens, and were then blasted 5-1 by the Spirit (21-6-0-0) Saturday in Stouffville to drop to third place in the East Conference behind Stouffville and the Newmarket Hurricanes (19-7-1-1). Trenton also dropped from fourth to ninth in the Canadian Junior Hockey League’s weekly Top 20 rankings.
