Two New York City residents were found dead in an Atlantic City hotel room in what appears to have been a murder-suicide, authorities announced Wednesday.
Wei Guo Liang, a 68-year-old Brooklyn man, and Baoyi Bowie Zheng, a 36-year-old Staten Island woman, were found dead Sunday at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa on Sunday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a press release.
Zheng died from a broken neck , while Liang died from a series of self-inflicted stab wounds, investigators said. No further details about the incident were released, and it’s unclear if Liang and Zheng had a previous relationship.
