MADISON (WKOW) — The Wisconsin Court of Appeals affirmed on Wednesday Chandler Halderson's conviction of first-degree intentional homicide and several other felony charges related to the murder and dismemberment of his parents, Bart and Krista Halderson, in 2021.
Halderson, 27, of Windsor, is serving a life sentence in prison without the possibility of release.
Halderson filed an appeal to his conviction in 2023, claiming he had an unfair trial and ineffective counsel.
