Houston’s historic Third Ward is set to welcome four new small businesses as part of Project Row Houses’ 2025 Business Residency Cohort. A public ribbon‑cutting celebration will take place Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at 2503 Holman Street (home of one of the new businesses), with visits to each business location planned thereafter.

The Business Residency Program is a core part of PRH’s long-standing commitment to support economic development, cultural vitality, and community-led entrepreneurship in Third Ward — continuing a mission first launched in 1993 when PRH began transforming derelict shotgun houses into a neighborhood hub for art, housing, and community services.
