Members of the Nogales Unified School District governing board said Monday they were frustrated with a lack of transparency by county officials about ongoing litigation related to Elizabeth Gutfahr’s embezzlement.
On Wednesday, they sent a signed letter to the county board of supervisors voicing the frustration, which they hoped would prompt more communication as several lawsuits play out far from the eyes of the public. ×
