The Union of B.C. Performers (UBCP/ACTRA) has announced the winners of the 2025 UBCP/ACTRA Awards .

Awards are given out in nine categories, including Lead and Supporting Performances in a Motion Picture, Series, and Made for TV Movie, as well as Short Performance, Voice Performance, and Stunt Performance.

“Thank you to my hometown union, UBCP/ACTRA , for the honour of receiving this year’s Best Lead Performance — Motion Picture award for my first feature-film lead. Paying For It has been a dream come true filled with many sweet celebrations, and this recognition feels like the cherry on top,” said Emily Lê in an email to Postmedia. “I am infinitely grateful to my team and support system, with special thank you to: Sandy Martinez, Nadine Wright, and Emilija Baranac.”
