LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The People’s City Mission is gearing up to serve a Thanksgiving Day meal to more than 700 people.
Most people being served will be guests currently staying at PCM, but it is open to anyone who needs a Thanksgiving meal.
This meal is made possible by local donations and the efforts of nearly 100 volunteers, who will all be on hand Thursday.
Food will be served in the cafeteria of PCM’s temporary housing facility, located at 110 Q St. This is a formal dining event held in the shelter’s cafeteria from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
