SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The St. Francis House is wrapping up its 30-day giving challenge with the hope of helping stock the food pantry.

Each day throughout the month of November, they collected a different food item to feed people in need in the community.

From canned veggies to cereal and snacks, the donations add up to make a huge impact.

“I’ve seen many donations since I’ve been here throughout the day. All different times of the day and varies from whatever they bring in clothing, food, even small pastries. Anything they can do. It’s brought here, and it helps sometime and someone,” said St. Francis House guest Darly Espinosa.
