SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - The wind weakened throughout the day on Wednesday but it made for a cold one with wind chills staying in the teens or low 20s all day. Thanksgiving will be cold as well, then snow will move in on Black Friday.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT
Wind continues to calm down ranging between 5-10mph overnight. Even with a calmer wind it’s going to be cold. Temperatures will bottom out in the mid-teens. Patchy fog is possible.
THURSDAY - THANKSGIVING
Not too bad of a day! Fog and a few clouds in the morning will give way to sunshine in the afternoon. Highs will range in the low and mid 30s.

Clouds increase overnight as our next system moves in. Lows will range in the teens.
