Jubul Walcott, the man accused of shooting and killing 23-year-old Shamyria Williams two summers ago, was in court for the first time Wednesday.
Detectives established probable cause to arrest Walcott earlier this month, and he turned himself in to police. Walcott faces charges including manslaughter with a firearm, theft of a firearm and reckless endangerment. He’s out on $500,000 bond.
