Gloria Przygoda named one if ICAHN's 4 under 40

CHAMPAIGN — The Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) announced its 2025 “4 Under 40” Hospital Leadership winners, including Family Nurse Practitioner Gloria Przygoda from Pinckneyville Community Hospital, during the organization’s Annual Conference Nov. 3 and 4 at the I-Hotel and Conference Center, Champaign.

Alongside her clinical duties, Przygoda serves as director of the South-Central Area Health Education Center (AHEC), treats patients in the Wound Care Center, provides guidance for marketing and the hospital’s Employee Experience CareFirst Program. She has also spearheaded an effort to create a handicap-accessible park for the community, raising funds to bring a $750,000 playground to Pinckneyville.
