PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a deadly shooting at Lexington Hills Apartments that prosecutors say was a planned home invasion.
On Wednesday morning, Peoria Police detectives observed 23-year-old Reginald Flemister-Tolson at a residence in the 3400 block of West Oakcrest Drive at Lexington Hills Apartments around 11:40 a.m.
Officers made contact with Flemister-Tolson and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to the Peoria Police Department for an interview and was subsequently arrested for home invasion, armed robbery, and aggravated battery with a firearm.
Flemister-Tolson was later transported to the Peoria County Jail.
