The newly elected officials for Tsuut’ina Nation were officially sworn into office for the next three years at an inauguration ceremony at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex on Wednesday.
Official results of the Nov. 20 election saw Ellery Starlight elected as Tsuut’ina’s new head chief, alongside 12 minor chiefs.
The list of minor chiefs includes Tyson Heavenfire, Kendall Jacobs, Hine Crowchild, Waylon Big Plume, Jeanne Crowchild, Paula Big Plume, Kelsey Big Plume, Corrine Eagletail, Zachary Manywounds, Twylla Starlight, LeeRoy Meguinis, and Paul Whitney.
Their term will run until 2028.
