'Look at me': Emotions run high in US-64 shooting suspects first court appearance

Wake County deputies said the road rage happened as Santiago came in contact with the car driven by Godwin and Santiago open fire  hitting Godwin near the intersection of U.S.64 and Lizard Lick road on Thursday morning.
