Mexico, N.Y. — State Police on Wednesday released the mugshot of a Fulton man who was arrested last week and charged with raping a juvenile.

Investigators released his photo because they believe there may be more victims, according to a news release from State Police.

The man, Emmanuel J. Dunbar, 39, was arrested Friday after a girl reported she had been sexually assaulted in the town of Mexico, police said.

Troopers said a family member realized the girl had left her home early Friday morning, so they began checking an area she was known to frequent, troopers said.

The family member found a vehicle parked nearby and approached it while calling out for the girl, police said. The vehicle sped off. Moments later, the girl was found and told the family member she had been sexually assau
