The Cincinnati Bearcats were held in check offensively Wednesday night as the Eastern Michigan Eagles went into Fifth Third Arena and left with a shocking 64-56 win.

The loss dropped the Bearcats to 5-2 and was Cincinnati's first home loss of the 2025-26 season.
Guard Carlos Hart scored a team high 15 points for the Eagles, who shot 43 percent from the field and 19-22 from the free throw line.
Cincinnati shot 34 percent from the field and 24 percent from three. The Bearcats were led by guard Day Day Thomas with 17 points.
