Some customers had their Honey Baked Ham orders impacted due to a water main break in the area.

Long lines formed Wednesday afternoon and evening as employees tried to find solutions, with the clock ticking down toward the holiday.

Some customers said they had pre-paid orders for turkey and sides that weren’t filled, but Honey Baked Ham has tried to rectify the situation.

“You know we can't blame them; they're doing the best they can so, I think people understand it's just unfortunate. Especially last day before Thanksgiving,” customer Megh Desai said.
