The Boston Celtics entered this season without their top offensive weapon, Jayson Tatum. The star forward has been out since tearing his Achilles tendon during last year’s playoff run. The injury derailed Boston’s push to secure back-to-back championships and even led Tatum to briefly contemplate retirement.
