The Harrisburg area is expected to see mostly sunny skies and high temperatures struggling to reach the mid-40s from Thanksgiving through Saturday, with a chance of showers on Sunday.
The National Weather Service (NWS) predicts cloudy conditions in Harrisburg on Thursday morning before becoming mostly sunny with a high of 41.
Winds out of the west could gust as high as 35 miles per hour.
Friday and Saturday will also be sunny, with highs in the low 40s. It will remain breezy through Saturday, forecasters say.
By Sunday, the NWS says there’s a chance that rain will push into Harrisburg after 1 p.m. High temperatures Sunday will be around 43 degrees.
Meanwhile, other parts of the state could receive more than 12 inches of snow on Thanksgiving , according to forecasters.
