Jason Kelce is getting ready to feast on Thanksgiving.

During the new episode of his New Heights podcast released on Wednesday (November 26), the 38-year-old retired Philadelphia Eagles player explained to brother Travis Kelce why he’s been fasting ahead of the holiday.

“I’m going to eat my face off on Thanksgiving,” Jason said. “I just feel bad about myself ‘cause I was at Disney World and ate a bunch of freaking egg rolls and a bunch of other things that probably aren’t the best. Then, I went to Wisconsin and shoved a prime rib and an ice cream drink down my face.”

Due to his recent eating habits, Jason noticed that his weight was starting to “[go] up.”

“So, yeah, we’re going on a fast. I’m about 36 hours in,” Jason said. “I think if you don’t eat food for long enough
