The city of El Paso is launching an Adopt-A-Street pilot program to reduce litter and improve the appearance of local roadways. Individuals, businesses and community groups can apply to adopt a one-mile street segment and commit to at least four cleanups per year over a two-year period at no cost. Participants will be recognized with a sign posted along their adopted street. The city says it will “share an update once the webpage is ready, giving residents a simple way to learn more and get involved.”
