KENTUCKY (WFIE) - Kentucky State Police troopers are asking all drivers to stay safe and sober this week.

The agency is taking part in “Operation Care”, which stands for Crash Awareness and Reduction Effort.

Troopers say it’s a national traffic safety initiative.

They also want to remind you of three things: Plan ahead if you are drinking, wear your seat belt when in the car, and report any unsafe drivers to authorities.
