DJ and broadcaster Tyler West has disclosed that he witnessed a fatal stabbing as a teenager - a traumatic experience that continues to impact his mental wellbeing.

The 29 year old, who was on Strictly Come Dancing three years ago,opened up about struggles with "control" and his drive to step beyond his comfort zone whilst participating in forest conservation activities on BBC One's Celebrity Race Across The World.
