A 30-year-old convicted felon, armed with a machete, was arrested during proactive patrols on Tuesday morning in the Chinatown-International District.

At approximately 2 a.m., Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers were patrolling near 12th Avenue S. and S. King Street, SPD announced .

During the patrol, officers recognized a man from his outstanding arrest warrants.
