This week, an East Ridge Restaurant was found with oil leaks and toxic chemicals stored near its food and dishware.

The Pizza Hut on Ringgold Road scored a 67.

The inspector found multiple toxic substances kept underneath the kitchen's prep table, containers of food, and clean dishes left beside them.

An excess of calcium, lime, and grease residue was found on and inside the dishwasher, along with an accumulation of dirt located inside the mop bucket.

Several single-serve items, clean dishes, and utensils were seen on dirty surfaces.

Multiple food and non-food areas were found covered in food debris and grime.

Proper cleaning techniques and sanitization were not seen during the inspection.
