WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - You might say the Lions are looking to take care of some unfinished business.
The Lions are coming off a 2024-25 season that saw the team post a 19-5 overall record, 12-1 in Frontier League play.
General Brown advanced to the Section 3 Class B championship game, where they fell to Bishop Grimes.
Gone are 7 seniors from last season, and a great deal of experience coach Janeele Ferris has to replace with a small roster.
“Usually, we have a full cupboard with a lot of upperclassmen. This year, we only have 2 returners from last season. All the rest are newcomers. We’ve got a handful of sophomores and a freshman playing for us this year. We are small in numbers, but we have a lot of heart that we make up for it with,” Janelle Ferris.
