A popular restaurant in a UK seaside town has been forced to close after just eight months of service. Its owner posted on Facebook to confirm the news, explaining that the closure can be put down to three main factors.

Chef G's Seafood and Grill, located on The Esplanade in Penarth , Wales, opened back in March and boasted stunning views of the Bristol Channel. It served a range of fresh seafood, with a number of glowing reviews on TripAdvisor. One person said the food and service was "absolutely amazing" while a second described it as a "great restaurant" that offered "great value". A third agreed: "A gem of a restaurant with fantastic views of the seafront and the Bristol Channel."
