Baldwinsville, N.Y. — More than 1,700 people took part in the 57th annual Baldwinsville Turkey Trot’s 5K and 10K races on Thanksgiving.

Nearly 1,600 people ran in the 5K and 167 ran the 10K this morning.

The runners with the top times are:

5K

Men: AJ Beers, of Manlius: 15:55.57

Women: Abbie Sullivan of Manlius: 18:29.49

10K

Men: Nicholas Ryan of Fayetteville: 33:21.07

Women: Stephanie Ryan of Fayetteville: 39:31.35

The race is sponsored by the Baldwinsville Kiwanis Club , which is celebrating its 100 th year in operation.

President Lyndsey Hodkinson said the race advances the club’s mission of supporting children and families in the community. The club provides on average $50,000 a year in grants
