Peaky Blinders' BAFTA-winning director Otto Bathurst has a new thriller in the pipeline for Sky, and it's shaping up to be an absolute must-watch for 2026.

Set to hit Sky sometime next year, the first-look still showcases stars Tahar Rahim (The Serpent) and Izuka Hoyle (Boiling Point) in explosive leading roles.

Penned by Oscar-nominated screenwriter Matt Charman, known for his work on Bridge of Spies and the popular Channel 4 drama Hostage, Prisoner begins with an unlikely duo thrust together in a perilous manhunt.

Hoyle takes on the role of Amber, a "principled prison transport officer", opposite Rahim's Tibor, "a trained killer and high-value inmate".
