The BAFTA-winning director behind Peaky Blinders, Otto Bathurst, has got a gripping new thriller coming to Sky that promises to be unmissable viewing in 2026.

Set to land on Sky sometime next year, the first glimpse has unveiled stars Tahar Rahim (The Serpent) and Izuka Hoyle (Boiling Point) taking on explosive lead characters.

Crafted by Oscar-nominated writer Matt Charman, renowned for scripting Bridge of Spies and the acclaimed Channel 4 series Hostage, Prisoner launches when an improbable duo find themselves thrust together in a lethal pursuit.

Hoyle takes on the role of Amber, described as a "principled prison transport officer", alongside Rahim playing Tibor, "a trained killer and high-value inmate".
