There is a chance of "extensive" snow falling across the UK this weekend, the Met Office has warned.
Forecasters said there were three possible "low pressure scenarios" for Saturday, and two of them bring a risk of snow.
The Met Office said depending on the movement of this low pressure system, "different regions have the potential to see heavy rain, strong winds or even hill snow".

The first scenario, which has a 45 per cent chance of happening, would see the low pressure system track from the south-west of England to East Anglia, the Mirror reports.
This would see heavy rain fall across most of Wales, central England and southern England.
