JLL Capital Markets has completed the sale of a $126 million retail portfolio that includes a large Morris County shopping plaza.
The transaction includes East Hanover Plaza in East Hanover, along with Southmont Plaza in Easton, Pennsylvania and Stow Community Shopping Center in Stow, Ohio, according to a statement this week by JLL.
The three properties occupy a combined 770,000 square feet on a total of 46.8 acres of retail real estate.
East Hanover Plaza, with 98,020 square feet, maintains 100% occupancy with TJX Companies subsidiaries HomeSense, HomeGoods and Sierra occupying 70% of the owned space.
The property benefits from anchors Costco and Target along Route 10.
Southmont Plaza spans 250,939 square feet anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods and Best Buy, with Lowe’s as a shadow
