DOVER, N.H. — Police in Dover, New Hampshire arrested and charged a man for robbing a pizza shop at gunpoint.
A man entered Papa Jay's Pizzeria on Broadway through the back door at around 7 p.m. Wednesday night, according to a press release from police.
The suspect threatened employees with a handgun before stealing cash from the cash register, police said. He ran out the back door towards the railroad tracks north of the restaurant.
Nobody was injured in the robbery, according to police.
Dover's K-9 team, the Special Investigations Unit, officers from the Rollinsford Police Department, and New Hampshire State Police troopers all assisted in the investigation.
