ASHBURN, Va. — The Washington Commanders are ready for their closeups.

While some view the Commanders’ season as a lost cause, NFL Films is in town, focused on capturing the best of what the team has to offer as it prepares for the latest installment of the in-season version of the popular Hard Knocks series, premiering in early December.

While Washington players are used to being on camera, the arrival of this crew provides a different sort of opportunity. Not one to shy away from storylines, head coach Dan Quinn began his first press conference of the week wishing a warm “welcome to NFL Films, who'll be with us for a while,” joking, “so if anybody's interested in cameo, let me know. I know a guy.”
