MANCHESTER, N.H. —

The director of Manchester's Youth Services has resigned amid allegations he misused money.

News 9 learned that Michael Quigley was put on paid administrative leave earlier this month while an investigation was underway. This past week, Quigley resigned from his position.

The audit looked at purchases made within the Office of Youth Services, totaling about $64,000 between 2023 and 2025, and found it may have been used for personal purposes, excessive gift card purchases, excessive meal purchases, and deficient oversight during youth programs.
