Former Strictly Come Dancing star Tyler West has said that witnessing a fatal stabbing aged 14 has had a "knock-on effect" on his mental health, claiming it to be the "most horrific moment" of his life.
The 29-year-old, from south London, was heard opening up about issues with "control" and the need to push himself out of his comfort zone while helping out with forest conservation on the BBC One show, Celebrity Race Across The World.
