Martin O'Neill has sung the praises of Yang Hyun-jun, following the South Korean winger's standout performance against Feyenoord in the Europa League.
The 23-year-old started on the left wing for Celtic in the Netherlands, scoring the equaliser that set the club on their way to a memorable 3-1 win against Robin van Persie's side at De Kuip.
Following the game, interim manager O'Neill gave his view on the winger, who nearly left the club for Birmingham City in the summer. "Well, they say to me that sometimes if it doesn't work for him, he might go back into his shell," he said.
"But there's a player there. He does things that we can't do. He can turn players; he can beat players. He's strong, and he can manoeuvre it, and he can do all of those things.
