The city of Surprise announced its Cookies and Crafts event with Santa on Sunday, Dec. 14.

Families and children are invited to a day filled with holiday activities and a special visit from Santa Claus.

The event offers six time slots between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation Office, 15960 N. Bullard Ave.

Registration is required for $5 per person (Surprise residents) or $7 per person (non-residents). Early registration is recommended by visiting surpriseaz.gov/SurpriseRec and searching through “Special Programs.” Call 623-222-2249.
