A married headteacher has been struck off the register after exposing himself to colleagues.

James Richards has been banned from working in schools in Wales for at least 14 years after a professional standards panel found all allegations against him proved.

The panel heard of his "predatory" and "sexualised" behaviour and ruled Richards cannot apply to be considered for restitution to the Education Workforce Council (EWC) Wales register until at least November 2040.
