With the boats in winter layup, Wintertide is a powerful shot in the arm for businesses in the waterfront district of Kingston. Dozens of shops, eateries and venues in the area will be opening their doors amidst activities for all ages: festive craft tables, pop-ups, discounts, live surprises and a tree lighting at dusk. The Rock Academy band will close out the programming, but there’s plenty of dining and drinking awaiting revelers into the night.
