As families are wrapping up their Thanksgiving dinners, retailers are gearing up for what could be a record weekend of holiday shopping, starting with Black Friday.
As shoppers got some last-minute Thanksgiving groceries at Key Foods in Hartford, some were thinking about the next day.

“Currently, we're looking for couches. We just moved into a new apartment and stuff like that,” said Ta Mala Htoo, of Hartford.
Htoo and Joaneshly Marquez have their work cut out to furnish their new place.
“We'd be looking around, you know, get our TV desk, our couches and stuff like that,” Htoo said.
They’ll be looking for deals over the holiday weekend.
