Jason Garrett hasn’t made a strong impression in the broadcast booth for the Cincinnati Bengals-Baltimore Ravens Thanksgiving game.

Mike Tirico is usually paired with Cris Collinsworth for the NBC Sports “Sunday Night Football” program, but he got this game off for Thanksgiving Thursday. With Collinsworth away, Jason Garrett was paired with Tirico in the booth.

Fans, however, aren’t at all pleased with the performance of the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and head coach.

“Jason Garrett is the green bean casserole of color commentators working Thanksgiving games,” a fan wrote.

“A Holiday Tradition unlike any other: Jason Garrett’s smile creating Thanksgiving nightmare fuel for children across the land,” said another.
