KIM HELLBERG has promised high-octane attacking football at Middlesbrough - but the new head coach will be patient in the implementation of his style of play.

With Hellberg taking charge at a hectic time of the Championship season and with Boro well placed in the table, the new head coach says he has no intentions of coming in and ripping things up and starting again.

Instead, he will look to build on what Boro are already good at and will gradually move towards his preferred style of play - with Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United an example, he said, of how he likes his team to look.
