One of Scott’s Addition’s more prolific restaurant groups has debuted its latest concept.

The Brooklyn, owned by Megan Fitzroy Phelan and Patrick Phelan of Lost Letter and Lillian Oyster Hall, opened in recent weeks at 1616 Summit Ave.

The Phelans, who did not respond to requests for comment by press time, describe The Brooklyn as a wine and cocktail bar. Its menu includes grilled ribeye ($80), whole branzino ($36) and beef carpaccio ($22), as well as dozens of wines and a cocktail list. Much of the food menu, according to a Richmond Magazine profile , is cooked in a wood-fired brick oven.

It’s currently open Wednesday through Sunday and is planning to add a late-night menu available after 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
